Together, they include everything required to meet CQC and NHS standards, from Risk & Method Statements, area-specific cleaning schedules, and IPC training records to DBS checks, COSHH data, daily audits, and deep clean documentation. These handbooks ensure your compliance is fully documented, your audit trail is watertight, and your facility remains inspection-ready without the last-minute scramble.

For added assurance, hard copies are provided in your Practice Handbook, including all technical and efficacy audits, alongside your documented daily cleaning records. As part of our CQC-Compliant Cleaning Package, we include annual deep cleans and six-monthly carpet and upholstery cleaning as standard. These services play a critical role in preventing Healthcare-Associated Infections (HCAIs) and maintaining a hygienic clinical environment. Our team follows the latest NHS and IPC guidelines, ensuring all high-risk and soft surface areas are addressed in line with CQC expectations for infection control, environmental hygiene, and audit readiness.
