Mobile Cleaning Shift Supervisor
We’re recruiting a Lincoln-based Cleaning Shift Supervisor to lead evening teams across commercial sites. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on standards, quality checks, and keeping shifts running smoothly. Shifts typically run from around 7:00 pm to 1:00 am (times can vary slightly by site). If you can lead people calmly, spot problems fast, and take ownership of the finish, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be responsible for
You’re accountable for standards on the ground and a shift that runs properly. This is a hands-on supervisory role — you’ll clean alongside the team every shift, set the pace, direct tasks, and confirm each site is finished to the required standard before signing off.
Core responsibilities include:
• Leading the team on-site and setting the pace
• Working hands-on with the team where it matters most, tackling high-impact areas and stepping in to recover standards when needed
• Making sure key areas are cleaned to a consistent standard, including washrooms, floors, touchpoints, and front-of-house presentation areas
• Using the correct products and methods to deliver consistent results
• Completing quality checks and correcting issues immediately
• Managing access and lock up where required
• Coaching cleaners to follow the correct routine and safe method
• Reporting attendance, issues, and site notes clearly after each shift
• Keeping basic stock, consumables and equipment standards under control

Minimum requirements:
• Proven team leader or supervisor experience (cleaning preferred, not essential)
• A clean full UK driving licence
• Confident in leading a small team and holding standards
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS check required and ability to provide references
