We’re recruiting for Lincoln-based evening cleaning operatives for commercial sites. Shifts typically run from around 7:00 pm to 1:00 am (times can vary slightly by site). No experience is required, as full training is provided. Still, we do need reliable, on-time people who are willing to follow clear site checklists to maintain consistent standards every shift. Transport is provided, with door-to-door pickup and drop-off.

What you’ll do on shift

You’ll be part of an evening team delivering commercial cleaning to a clear routine. The role is straightforward when done properly: follow the checklist, use the right method, and leave each area ready for the next working day.

Typical duties include:
• Cleaning offices, corridors, kitchens and washrooms to a set standard
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting using the correct method and products
• Wiping touchpoints such as handles, switches and desks
• Emptying bins and replacing liners
• Restocking consumables where required
• Reporting any issues or shortages to the supervisor promptly
