The Practice Compliance Handbook contains your key documentation, including risk and method statements, cleaning specifications and frequencies, infection control training records, DBS checks, confidentiality agreements, insurance certificates, and COSHH data sheets. Everything is compiled to meet the requirements of CQC inspectors and the 2025 National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness.

The Audit & Performance Logbook includes your daily cleaning schedule audits, technical and efficacy audit records, as well as logs for deep cleans and carpet & upholstery maintenance. This creates a fully traceable audit trail, so your practice is always inspection-ready with zero last-minute scrambling.

We work closely with your Infection Control Lead to create a bespoke, area-specific cleaning plan tailored to your practice layout, risk profile, and clinical workflows. We use only hospital-grade cleaning chemicals, which have been proven effective against a wide range of pathogens and are approved for use in healthcare environments. Every product is carefully selected in accordance with NHS infection control guidelines and handled in accordance with COSHH protocols, with complete documentation included in your Practice Compliance Handbook.

Our equipment is fully colour-coded to prevent cross-contamination between clinical and non-clinical areas, in line with the 2025 National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness. We use HEPA-FLO filter vacuums to remove fine dust, allergens, and airborne particles, a key factor in maintaining clean air quality and reducing the risk of infection.
