Client Onboarding

When we begin working with a new client, we have a very specific transition process that we go through to ensure that the relationship gets off to a good start and work begins in a timely manner.  

Step 1 No-Obligation Quote

Let us know a convenient time and date, and we will arrange for a walkthrough of your facility. We can then get laser-focused on what you want and expect. You will then receive a Free No-Obligation Quote within 24hrs for your perusal. At this time, we also determine the equipment needed for the location(s), and we set up the project teams required to bring the cleanliness up to standard.

Step 2 Acceptance

Just let us know if and when you would like to proceed. There are no contracts to sign, and termination periods are at your discretion. We will also address any TUPE issues from previous cleaning service providers if required. Before any work begins, you will also receive the following:

  • Insurance Certificates 
  • DBS Checks
  • Risk & Method Statements
  • COVID-19 Risk & Method Statements 
  • Daily Communication Logbook
  • Sentinel VIP Link & Password 

Step 3 Work Begins

A shift supervisor will now take over responsibility for cleaning your site. Once on-site, they will check the communication logbook for any comments or instructions. Log into Sentinel and complete the Daily Cleaning Audit. That will be reviewed by management for accountability and quality assurance.
